Designed and executed full marketing communication programs for multiple commercial banks, including the nationwide launch of a mobile banking platform, corporate identity overhauls, and a dedicated staff-values campaign for Uganda's first women-focused commercial bank.
Nationwide field campaigns & women-in-business mentorship
Mukwano Industries Uganda Ltd
Ran countrywide activation campaigns covering all four regions of Uganda (Eastern, Northern, Western and Southern). Alongside product promotion, the engagement included a women-in-business mentorship program that created entrepreneurial opportunities in every region visited.
Mass community-sensitization & behavior-change campaign
Malaria Consortium
Contracted to drive uptake of malaria rapid diagnostic test (MRDT) kits across Kampala and Greater Kampala. Used a structured door-to-door strategy combining sales, sensitization, and field feedback loops — a format directly analogous to the adult-learning fieldwork methods Akipi now deploys in training.
National brand rollout for Uganda's child-protection helpline

From brand naming and testing through to national rollout — designed the identity, communications materials and launch strategy for SAUTI, Uganda's nationwide child-abuse reporting helpline, working alongside UNICEF, Uganda Communications Commission and the Ministry of Gender.
